The picturesque Seattle waterfront is very popular in the summer months. A wide range of activities, restaurants, and shopping is available along the downtown piers.
As you walk down the waterfront you have Elliott Bay to the west and the Alaskan Way Viaduct to the east. The piers are numbered and their numbers grow as you proceed north.
The waterfront's Pier 70 was the setting for MTV's The Real World 7.
