Queen Anne is divided, roughly, into 2 'neighborhoods':
Lower Queen Anne is adjacent to the Seattle Center and has many restaurants, bars, and condos/apartments.
Upper Queen Anne is generally considered to be everything 'on the hill' and is centered around the retail district on Queen Anne Avenue. In general, it's quieter and less 'urban' with a higher percentage of single-family homes.
