The Orchestra of Flight is a community orchestra open to all members of all ages.

The Orchestra is a volunteer community group performing in the Puget Sound area since 1983. It began as a group of Boeing employees playing together during lunch break, and grew to include family members, retirees, friends and "people who have flown on Boeing airplanes."

The Orchestra presents four concert series per season, which approximately matches the school year.  The music ranges from classical to movie scores to Leroy Anderson. The Orchestra performs at many area retirement homes and senior centers, plus the annual Wright Spirit Day at the Museum of Flight. Concerts  are on Monday evenings and weekend afternoons.
